・Our hot springs use natural springs, so the water volume and temperature may be temporarily unstable or unavailable depending on the weather and spring conditions. (Bathing is possible with the regular hot water supply.)
・As our facility is located in a quiet area surrounded by nature, we recommend visiting by car. Also, as there are few restaurants in the area, we recommend making reservations in advance or eating in a central location if you plan to use public transportation.
・Payment is accepted only via advance online settlement.
・If the person making the reservation is different from the guest, please forward the relevant emails to the guest.
・There is no room wear and cooking seasoning in the room, so please bring your own.
・In order to protect the safety of guests, security cameras are installed in front of the building entrance and rooms.
・Pets are not allowed to stay at this property.
